Humble Beginnings
Our story began in the workshop of a small shoe factory in Yangjiang, founded by founder's father. After years as an apprentice and gaining experience in a Taiwanese shoe factory in Guangzhou, our founder laid the foundation for Hengxin’s unique approach to shoemaking.

The Birth of Hengxin Footwear
In 2011, Hengxin was established with a clear vision: to provide high-quality OEM/ODM services. Starting with just 30 employees, we quickly earned a reputation for reliability and precision with a daily production goal of 100 pairs of shoes.

Pioneering Techniques
Our founder traveled to Florence, Italy, to master hand-coloring techniques, developing innovative finishes like brushed, washed, and custom-colored leather. By 2017, Hengxin became one of the few Chinese factories producing Berluti-style hand-colored leather shoes on an assembly line.

Growth and Global Reach
By 2018, we expanded into China’s high-end custom shoe market and served clients across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Southeast Asia. By 2021, we grew to 200+ employees, producing 500 pairs daily and solidifying our position as one of China's top formal shoe manufacturers.

Our strength lies in offering complete ODM/OEM solutions. From design to production, we collaborate closely with clients, creating unique designs for boutique brands or scaling production for global retailers.
